Common Mistakes on Rush Powder Coating Jobs
In early February 2025, a client called with 72 hours on the clock. A powder-coated component on their processing line had failed—peeling, rust along the edges—and an auditor was coming in three days. The part needed recoating in NYC, done right the first time.
