Terms

Terms of Service

These terms describe how Iff provides website information, technical discussion, document routing, and inquiry handling for B2B chemical buyers. Website content is provided for general business evaluation and should not be treated as a final product specification, safety instruction, regulatory opinion, or binding offer. Any purchase, sample shipment, custom synthesis program, or supply arrangement requires written confirmation from Iff and may require additional technical, legal, quality, and logistics review.

Use of technical information

Product names, chemistry families, application notes, and performance descriptions are directional unless a signed specification, certificate, or technical data sheet states otherwise. Buyers are responsible for confirming suitability in their own process, formulation, jurisdiction, and quality system. Iff may update information when raw material status, method validation, regulatory expectations, or process knowledge changes.

Confidentiality and inquiries

Do not submit confidential structures, proprietary processes, or restricted customer data through an open website form. If a custom synthesis or molecule review requires confidentiality, state the need for an NDA first. Iff will provide an appropriate path for protected discussion before detailed disclosure.

Compliance baseline

Iff expects lawful use of supplied materials and documents. Buyers must comply with applicable import, export, transportation, storage, safety, environmental, and end-use regulations. Iff may decline requests that appear inconsistent with legal, ethical, safety, or responsible sourcing standards.
